Tirana Ring Center is a multifunctional building owned by “MSA Konstruksion” ltd, that is recently builds based in a modern architecture style, European standard and high qualitative building technology. Tirana Ring Center is located at “Karl Topia” square or otherwise called at the roundabout of “Zogu i Zi”. The Shopping Center, with an area of 24 000 m2 (51 000 m2 developed) include: 4 underground floors parking lots, 1 hypermarket in minus 1 level; 60 shops on 3 levels, coffee and restaurants, 4 000 m2 entertainment area (include here 1 000m2 Fitness) a panoramic restaurant on the last level, 4 200 m2 of offices, 50 apartments and 2 villas above the shopping center.
